PSAT results are typically available in early December, approximately six weeks after a student takes the PSAT.

Your overall PSAT score will range from 320 (lowest) to 1520 (highest) and is calculated by adding your two section scores together.

Students' PSAT scores are a snapshot of where they are academically and can give them an idea if they're on track to be college ready.

A perfect score on the PSAT is a 1520. If you're in 10th grade and you score between 1420 and 1520, you're in the top 1% of all test takers (99th percentile).

The PSAT is scaled to a maximum score of 1520-- 760 verbal and 760 math. The test is very similar to the SAT but is slightly shorter in each section.
