Pinched Perfect

Norwood Young, a singer with a traumatic past, wants to improve his looks and regain more control of his image. Unhappy with his nose, which he believes is similar to that of a 12-year old girl, he seeks the help of Terry and Paul after previous operations ended in disaster. Unfortunately, there is the risk that surgery could destroy his nose entirely, and there could be consequences for Norwood's voice as well. This isn't good news for the talented performer, but with the help of Paul, he is able to regain his looks and maintain his singing career. Elsewhere, the doctors meet Desiree, who has one breast that is larger than the other. Terry reconstructs the chest of the young mother and puts right what a previous surgeon got wrong. The doctors also assist Kathleen, a woman whose earlobes are stretched to almost two inches. The operation is risky but thanks to the famed plastic surgeons, her looks are finally restored.
