Ten years ago, Laura made the heartbreaking decision to have both breasts removed when a lumpectomy revealed cancerous cells. Her double mastectomy was a success, but the reconstructive surgery wasn't. Not surprising, considering the surgeon who did the operation specialised in hands, not breasts. So, she consults Dr Terry Dubrow, who is confident he can do a proper job of it. Meanwhile, Terry's wife drops in as a patient. There's a growth on her hand which keeps regrowing, despite having been removed several times. Terry agrees to treat his wife, but there are no special favours, because he is fully booked for more than a year. Dr Paul Nassif, meanwhile, is handed the case of two sisters who both underwent rhinoplasty by the same surgeon on the same day while in high school. They say they were pressured into it because of the beauty expectations at their school. But neither was happy with the results and they've had numerous follow-up procedures. Paul agrees to help them, but says they are "Type A psychos".
