Justin Jedlica, the self-proclaimed "human Ken doll" returns after being one of the more memorable patients in the first season. This time, though, he's not looking for yet more surgery. He's offering to help doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif in their case of a bodybuilder with a missing pectoral muscle. The bodybuilder has already had one failed attempt at fixing it, attempting to do so in Poland, where surgery is cheaper. Elsewhere, a former Miss India has suffered a fall from grace after a nose job gone wrong. Tania is now nicknamed 'Pig Nose' after bungled surgery left her with an upturned snout. She tells Terry and Paul she was essentially pushed into the modelling industry, and to have a nose job, by her mother and then-boyfriend. She despairs of the cruelty that models endure. While understanding plastic surgery is the cause of her woe, she also knows it's the only way to undo the damage done. Finally, Terry and Paul try to talk sense into a serial body modifier.
